ABOUT US Woodstock, Illinois has become the hottest destination for live music in McHenry County. Concerts at Off Square Music, the Woodstock Folk Festival, the Mozart Festival, Stage Left Cafe and the Opera House, among many other venues, showcase the great musical talent in the region. Jazz on the Square continues this tradition by sponsoring the best jazz in McHenry County at La Petite Creperie, Liquid Blues, Mixteca Tequila Bar, O'Leary's Pub and Stage Left Cafe. MISSION To promote and preserve America's original musical art form, jazz music, in all its diverse forms and colorful history. We believe jazz music is unique and relevant. It influences all art forms and brings to life vital social and cultural issues. We are dedicated to connecting today's jazz musicians and educators to people who truly enjoy and find jazz a wonderful extension of the human spirit. Jazz on the Square is a not-for-profit organization based in Woodstock, Illinois.
